Service Areas

IRONMAN.UNO operates exclusively for areas in periphery of Manyata Tech Park, Bengaluru within the following pincodes: 560068, 560045, 560077. Customers residing outside these areas are ineligible for service

Delivery Logistics

IRONMAN.UNO offers free shipping for all orders within its service area. In order to sustain operational costs and ensure efficient utilization of resources, pick-ups and deliveries will be initiated based on the volume of orders received within a particular area. This approach helps optimize route planning and minimizes operational expenses, thus allowing IRONMAN.UNO to provide free shipping while maintaining sustainability for both the business and its laundry partners.

Refunds

Given the nature of the laundry service industry and the various factors involved, IRONMAN.UNO does not guarantee refunds or compensation for dissatisfaction with the laundry services provided. However, in exceptional circumstances where IRONMAN.UNO acknowledges fault on its part, it reserves the right to offer refunds or compensation at its discretion.

1. Loss, Damage, or Theft of Clothes:

IRONMAN.UNO shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of clothes that may occur during the laundry service process. In the event of such incidents, it is the responsibility of the customer and the laundry service shop to mutually address and resolve the issue amongst themselves. IRONMAN.UNO shall not intervene in the resolution process, and any disputes arising thereof shall be solely handled between the customer and the laundry service shop.

2. Customer Responsibility

By signing up for the services provided by IRONMAN.UNO, the customer acknowledges and accepts complete responsibility for their actions. This includes but is not limited to providing accurate and sufficient information regarding their laundry requirements, ensuring that items submitted for laundry are appropriate for the selected service, and abiding by the terms and conditions outlined by IRONMAN.UNO.

Cancellation

Requests for cancellation must be made within a reasonable timeframe i.e. within 15 minutes after ordering and in accordance with the terms specified in the service agreement between the customer and IRONMAN.UNO

Changes to the Policy

IRONMAN.UNO reserves the right to amend or update this refunds policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review the refunds policy periodically to stay informed of any changes or updates.
